Module · Customer center

Your portal. Your brand. Fewer follow-ups.

Customers see invoices, quotes, contracts, subscriptions and tickets themselves. Customer news, FAQ, guides and status updates sit there too – optionally on your domain.

What your customers handle themselves

  1. 01

    Invoices & quotes

PDF, e-invoice and payment status live in the portal. A customer can open a quote without chasing an email.

  2. 02

    Contracts & subscriptions

Running contracts and subscriptions, including how to cancel. The customer sees what is active.

  3. 03

    Tickets

Requests start in the portal and land in support with the full customer history. Replies stay on the case.

  4. 04

    Customer news

Messages to your customers, per brand. Maintenance, news and notices appear where they already log in.

  5. 05

    FAQ

Common questions with categories and search. You write an answer once, the portal serves it before a ticket is opened.

  6. 06

    Guides

Step-by-step guides, for example for setup. A topic opens the matching guide inside the center.

  7. 07

    Status updates

Live status for services and incidents. Customers see what is happening before they call.

  8. 08

    Your brand, your domain

Logo, colours and optionally your own domain. For the customer it feels like your system – because it is.

The 15 questions people ask about this module first.

Can my customers open the portal on my domain?

Yes, optionally on your domain, with your logo and colours.

What does the customer see, and what not?

Invoices, quotes, contracts, subscriptions and tickets, plus news, FAQ, guides and status. Internal notes stay hidden.

Can customers download invoices themselves?

Yes, including PDF and e-invoice, and the payment status.

Is there an FAQ only for customers?

Yes. The customer FAQ is part of the centre. The internal knowledge base stays with the team.

Can I publish how-to guides?

Yes. Step-by-step guides open in the centre, for example for setup.

What are status messages?

Short live notes about an outage or maintenance. The customer sees the state before they call.

Can I post news to every customer of one brand?

Yes. Customer news is per brand and shows where that customer signs in.

Can customers open a ticket themselves?

Yes. The request lands in support with the customer history attached.

Can customers cancel a subscription?

Yes, through the path in the centre. You see the status at once.

Several people on the customer side?

Access belongs to the customer. Invoices and tickets stay on that company.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. The centre is a website, not an app-store requirement.

Does it fit a UG with one brand and a GmbH with another?

Yes. Brands stay separate. Each customer sees the brand they buy from.

Does it replace my PDF emails?

You can still send the document. Afterwards the customer finds it in the portal without searching the inbox.

What does the centre cost?

€19 a month as a module, or inside Start together with CRM and accounting for €49.

Do my customers need yet another password pile?

There is one login with password reset. After that, documents, FAQ and status sit in one place.
