Module · Tickets & support

Support that already knows the customer.

A request opens a ticket with contracts, invoices and the history so far. Ownership and SLA run with it – in the team and in the customer center.

Support with a system

  1. 01

    Tickets from the portal

Customers open requests in the customer center. You reply where the file already is.

  2. 02

    Ownership

Every request has a clear owner. Nothing sits in a shared inbox.

  3. 03

    SLA

Response times are watched. You see what is due next before the deadline breaks.

  4. 04

    Customer history

The ticket knows contracts, invoices and earlier cases. Nobody asks the customer for the customer number again.

  5. 05

    Knowledge on the ticket

Articles from the knowledge base help while you answer. A solved case becomes the next article, not a lost email.

  6. 06

    From monitoring

If a watched website goes down, a ticket can open on the right customer.

The 15 questions people ask about this module first.

Can customers only write through the portal?

They open the request in the customer centre. You reply in the same place, with the file beside it.

Is there an SLA?

Yes. Response times are watched, and you see what is next.

Who owns it when I work alone?

You. When someone joins, each request has a clear owner, not a shared inbox.

Does the ticket see the invoices?

Yes. Contracts, invoices and earlier cases hang on the request.

Can I note something the customer must not see?

The customer view is the centre. Internal notes stay on your side of the case.

Attachments?

Yes. Files belong to the case, not to a scattered email attachment.

Priorities?

Through the SLA you see what is first, instead of treating every email as equally urgent.

Does website monitoring open a ticket by itself?

An outage on a watched site can open a ticket for the right customer.

Does the knowledge base help when I reply?

Yes. Articles can be used on the case. The customer FAQ is separate.

Several staff without a price per head?

Yes. The module costs €19, whether two or twenty people reply.

Does it fit a UG that handles support beside the actual work?

Yes. One request, one state, one history. Not an extra helpdesk subscription.

Can the customer see the status?

Yes, in the customer centre, on their own ticket.

What about old emails?

New requests start in the portal. The history from then on stays on the customer, not in the inbox.

Deletion when a customer asks?

The case can be closed and, where there is no duty to keep a document, removed. Invoices stay in accounting.

What does the module cost?

€19 a month, included in Operate for €89.
