Is the CRM built for a one-person business or for a team?
It is built for one person and still works when a UG, GmbH or ApS later hires someone. The price does not follow the number of users.
Can I bring customers over from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Existing customers and contacts can be taken over so the file does not have to be typed again.
Several contacts in the same company?
Yes. One company, several people, with a role and how to reach them. Invoices and support use the same contacts.
Is the data encrypted?
Sensitive fields are stored encrypted, on EU servers, without a US cloud for the file.
Does my accountant see the customer file?
The file stays with you. For the advisory work you hand over documents from accounting, not the whole CRM.
What about duplicates?
The same company should stay one file. Quotes, invoices and tickets hang there, not on a second card.
Can I separate several brands, or a UG and a GmbH?
Yes. Companies and brands are separate contexts. Data does not mix.
Do invoices and tickets show up on the customer?
Yes. The history shows quotes, invoices, tickets, shop orders and notes in the same place.
May I delete customer data when someone asks?
Yes. Deletion and access belong to day-to-day work. What has to remain as a document stays in accounting, not as free text on the file.
Browser only?
Yes. It is a web app. Nothing to install on the laptop.
Can I keep notes about the relationship?
Yes. Notes sit on the timeline, next to the documents, not in a private chat.
What does the CRM cost?
It is included in every plan, including Start at €49. There is no extra charge per seat.
Does it fit if I have no staff at all?
Yes. Start is one file that later becomes the invoice and the portal.
Can customers see their own data?
In the customer centre, not in your internal file. Internal notes stay internal.
How is this different from a free CRM suite?
The file is connected to the invoice, contract, subscription, ticket and shop. You do not export the customer into another program.
